Your Privacy is Important to us! Deeper Network, Inc. ("Deeper", "we," or "us") ") owns [or properly licenses] the Deeper Network Software ("Software"), the Deeper Network Connect Devices and Hardware (“Hardware”), AtomOS system, Deeper Chain, Proof of Credit mechanism, Trident Protocol, Deeper SoC, and any accompanying services, features, content, and applications offered by us (“Ancillary services”). (collectively referred to as "Services").

We are concerned about your privacy and have designed this Privacy Policy in order to help you decide whether to use our Services. By accessing and using our Services, or providing information to us in other formats, you agree to, and accept, the terms of this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy carefully and to refer to it on a regular basis so that you understand it and any subsequent changes made to it.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE DEEPER NETWORK PRODUCTS, STOP USING THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY, AND/OR UNINSTALL WHERE RELEVANT.

We do not track nor store logs of your activity, including no logging of browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. Additionally, we don't store connection logs, logs of your IP address, your outgoing VPN or DPN IP address, connection timestamp, or session duration.

DATA WE COLLECT

Deeper Network collects certain types of information for essential purposes.

Deeper Network collects personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and administrating your account and services. Information collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, address, and payment information (including credit card information and billing addresses). This information may be used to send emails related to payment and account maintenance, send updates on announcements, provide customer support such as password resets, and to communicate with you (or respond to you) about your Deeper Network Services or Products. We also collect minimal information about your usage in order to maintain customer support and service quality. This does not include contents or destinations of traffic or specific IP addresses. We may also receive access to basic personal information from your social network accounts should you register or sign onto such services using Deeper Network Products or Services. We do not store this data.

We also collect diagnostic data to better serve our users including diagnostic data and crash reports to better provide customer service and to troubleshoot any issues encountered by our customers or users. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

You may also view and amend much of your account information, or update or renew your subscription, by logging in to your account and updating your account information.

USE OF APPLICATIONS (APPS)

When you use our native Deeper Network apps, we may collect certain information in addition to the information mentioned elsewhere in this Policy. We may use mobile analytics software (App statistics or self-hosted/open-source crash reporting) to deliver crash information to our developers so that we can fix bugs as quickly as possible. Some platforms (such as the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store) may also collect aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as which type of devices and operating systems are most commonly used the total number of installs, total number of uninstalls, and the total number of active users, and may be governed by the privacy policy and terms and conditions of Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

EMAILS

We may send you marketing and promotional emails about products, services, and other information we think may interest you. If you receive a marketing or promotional email from us, you may click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link contained in the bottom of every email to “opt-out” from future promotional emails. However, we may continue to send you emails about your account and for other purposes related to customer service.

We also send product awareness emails to new customers. These emails include application tips and other information intended to educate Deeper Network account & service subscribers about the uses and fundamentals of our products and services.

DATA SECURITY

Deeper Network uses advanced measures to protect user information. Such information is restricted to employees who require access to such information to perform their essential functions as employees and to better serve our users and customers. Please note that no data or cyber-security measures anywhere on the planet can guarantee complete 100% protection of our user and customer data. As such, it is also impossible for us to guarantee such protection, although we certainly do try.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain essential data (including but not limited to username, email, billing information) on active accounts in order to provide our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing personal data, account opening documents, communications, and additional information as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our sole discretion.

We may collect information about whether or not you have successfully established a connection with our network, apps, services, hardware, or software on any particular day. This minimal information assists us in providing technical support, troubleshooting support, and advice on how to best use our Services and Products.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or security of any of the information we gather, store, and disclose to you or to anyone else.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent to which you disclose your own information to other parties or sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. INFORMATION SHARING IN CASE OF EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

We don’t sell any Personal Information. We may disclose minimal Personal Information to other trusted third-party service providers or partners for the purposes of providing you with the Services, storage and analytics. We may also transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, only when it’s necessary.

We also provide tools on our website that allow users to control privacy preferences for certain aspects of using this site or interacting with Deeper Network Services, such as for cookies and marketing. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS/NETWORKS

Deeper Network’s cutting edge technology may allow users to bypass certain censorship blocks, but your network traffic may go through third-party networks which we do not control. This could enable a third-party to record your IP address or see that you are using our services or products (the same information that your Internet Service Provider is able to see). Your setting with respect to third-party providers may also be changed by changing the settings in your account. However, doing so may cause you to be unable to access your Deeper Network account if you are on a network that is censoring Deeper Network.

We are active on third-party networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram. Any information, communication, or material you submit to us via social media platforms is done at your own risk without any guarantee of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. Your interactions with those features and platforms are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. We recommend that you review these privacy policies before you engage, or submit information, on social media.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Our employees are subject to confidentiality obligations. We use measures and procedures that substantially reduce the risks of data misuse, but we cannot guarantee that our systems will be absolutely safe. If you become aware of any potential data breach or security vulnerability, please contact us immediately and we will assist however we are able. We will use all measures to investigate the incident, including preventive measures, as required.

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

In the event of a change of ownership or control of all or a part of Deeper Network, including without limitation through acquisition, merger, sale, or liquidation event which causes a change of ownership or control of all or some or Deeper Network, we reserve the right to transfer all or part of the Personal Information and Anonymous Information we store in our systems. You acknowledge that in the event of bankruptcy, insolvency, or receivership, we may have no control over the use and transfer of your personal information.

COOKIES

When you use our Site, we may store cookies on your computer (as well as other tracking technologies like web beacons and pixels) in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer's hard drive (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Site. CONSENT AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

By using the Deeper Network Site, Account, Content, Apps, Software, or Services, you agree to have your information handled as described in our Terms and Conditions of Use and in our Privacy Policy. The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Use of our products or services by minors, violates the Deeper Network Terms and Conditions of Use and the Deeper Network Privacy Policy. If you believe your child has provided information to us, please let us know immediately.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT ADDENDUM

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, if you are a consumer residing in California the following additional terms apply to you.

Deeper Network, Inc. is the owner of the Deeper Network Site, Hardware, Software, Apps, and Services. You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell. If you have an account with us, we may verify the request by confirming the email address used to make the request is the same as the email address on file for the account. If you do not have an account with us, we may verify the request by sending an email to the email address used to make the request.

The categories of California consumers’ personal information we may collect are listed above in the section titled “Data We Collect” We collect this data from our customers and website visitors.

We confirm that we have not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. We confirm we do not sell personal information of minors. We may disclose the categories of Personal Information listed in the section “Data We Collect” to our vendors and service providers for a business purpose, as explained further above.

(2) Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information

You have the right to request amendment or deletion of Personal Information collected or maintained by us. To do so, please visit https://support.deeper.network and submit a request.

If you are a current or former customer submitting a request by web form or email, please provide sufficient information to identify your account, including your email address on file with us. You may be asked to verify your identity by responding to us with information on file for the account.

If you are not a current or former customer, we may ask for proof of identity sufficient to show you are the same consumer about whom we have collected personal information that you are requesting to be deleted.

(3) Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business. Pursuant to California law, because we do not and will not sell your personal information, we do not offer such an opt-out at this time.

(4) Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by the business for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

You may also make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on behalf of a California consumer if you provide (1) a signed, written permission from the consumer to act on your behalf, and the consumer verifies their own identity directly with us; or (2) proof that the consumer has provided you with power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.

We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by the consumer to act on their behalf.
